Bio
Dr. Ashley Fiorilli (she/her) has been in the field of human services since 2006, bringing warmth, curiosity, and a bold commitment to meaningful change. She began her career working with infants and toddlers with developmental delays, including children who are deaf, hard of hearing, or visually impaired. Over the past 19+ years, she has supported individuals with autism and related disabilities in schools, clinics, homes, and group settings.
In 2014, Dr. Fiorilli earned her doctorate in International Psychology with a concentration in Organizations and Systems from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her studies laid a strong foundation in systems-level change and collaborative, sustainable growth. In 2016, she began intensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), a practice that has deeply shaped her personal and professional lens. She’s since expanded her ACT work through years of training, symposiums, and practice.
In 2019, Dr. Fiorilli launched her consulting practice, rooted in clinical behavior analysis, mindfulness, and values-based care. She blends transformative behavior strategies with self-discovery and habit work to support humans across the lifespan. Outside of client work, her current projects include:
Bold & Balanced – a continuing education membership for behavior analysts craving depth, connection, and impact.
Balanced & Becoming Retreat – a space for BCBAs to reconnect with their “why,” recharge their clinical creativity, and just be.
Just ACT Podcast – a blend of conversation, clinical insight, and heart, focused on integrating ACT into behavior analytic work.
She also integrates creativity and embodiment into her work, having completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training in 2020 and begun incorporating sand tray therapy principles since 2024 to support expressive processing in consultation and clinical spaces.
Dr. Fiorilli’s vision is to expand her business into more group-based and experiential formats, where behavior meets embodiment, science meets soul, and clinicians feel seen, supported, and inspired to do brave, meaningful work.
