This is an intensive 1:1 mentorship program. It’s really for those of you who are ready to make the leap! Through the three months, we will be side-by-side on the path to building your business. I act as a mentor, coach and supportive knowledge base as you craft your career based on your life values.
This is a LIVE, interactive mentorship consisting of 1:1 calls and weekday live chats. You’ll receive in-the-moment support plus lasting tools and take-aways that you can access long after our 3 months together.

What’s inside the Signature Mentorship:
Weekly live calls on zoom for 3 months (1st call is 90 minutes, then each one after is 50 minutes). This is where the magic happens. In our first call we dive into your hopes & dreams…the why and what to your master vision. From this session, I create a “road map” for our remaining sessions with goals and realistic action steps. We’ll utilize ACT based work to get free from the ABA rules. We’ll explore your scope and competency and identify your ideal client(s). We’ll integrate Mental Skills Training for mindfulness applied to your business development.
Monday - Friday Live Chat on Practice Better. I’ll be available to you for questions, encouragement, and coaching.

The Details…
Once you register for the membership, you’ll be able to sign up for all of your live sessions. The first call is 90 minutes and successive calls are 50 minutes.
In our sessions we will explore:
A roadmap for your success
Where you are now in your work
Where do you want to be in 3 months? 6 months? 12 months?
What values do you want to build into the fabric of your business?
How you can leverage your strengths and expertise.
The barriers you’re encountering in your business development.
Where do you want to build capacity to grow?
Before our 2nd call I’ll develop a Road Map for your ongoing sessions to help guide our way and help us stay on course with your business development.
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: I'm concerned about the timing with my other responsibilities. Is there a lot of work throughout the mentorship?
Answer: I might suggest tasks and worksheets throughout the mentorship, but this program is customized specifically for you. So, we can work together to design a program that will benefit you. And the worksheets and tasks are not required. I generally advise 1-3 action steps for the mentee to work on between sessions.
Question: I'm concerned about the investment. Do I have to pay all at once?
Answer: Nope! There are a few payment plans outlined at enrollment including a weekly payment plan or stretching it out over 6 months. Investing in professional development and in yourself is important…so I'm here to help make it accessible to you.
Question: Are there Continuing Education Units for this mentorship.
Answer: Yes! When you join this mentorship, you get access to MY ENTIRE LIBRARY of CEs to complete on your own. I am an ACE provider through the BACB, so these will count towards recertification. This is a huge bonus!
Question: Will I have access to our call recordings?
Answer: Yes, this is a live, in person mentorship. Our weekly meetings will be live zoom calls and I will provide you with the call recordings by your request.
